REACT Mission
Statement

The mission of REACT International is to provide public safety communications to individuals, organizations, and government agencies to save lives, prevent injuries, and give assistance wherever and whenever needed. We will strive to establish a monitoring network of trained volunteer citizen-based communicators using any and all means to deliver the message.

The following responsibilities for the Bylaws, Policy & Procedures Committee serve as guidelines for committee operation. These guidelines are subject to change as situations may warrant.

1. Examine and interpret REACT International bylaws, as well as established policies and procedures.
2. Recommend bylaw, policy and procedure changes to the RI Board.
3. Draft changes recommended by the RI Board.
4. When requested, advise how REACT International bylaws relate to Team and Council bylaws.
5. Monitor REACT International meetings for adherence to legally established rules and regulations of the Corporation.
