Statement

The mission of REACT International is to provide public safety communications to individuals, organizations, and government agencies to save lives, prevent injuries, and give assistance wherever and whenever needed. We will strive to establish a monitoring network of trained volunteer citizen-based communicators using any and all means to deliver the message.

The following responsibilities for the Junior REACT Committee serve as guidelines for committee operation. These guidelines are subject to change as situations may warrant.

1. Research and develop programs that relate to communications and the REACT mission and are applicable to junior members. Contact current Junior REACT members in this research.
2. Promote Junior REACT membership using appropriate program(s) developed for Junior REACT members.
3. Develop a Junior REACT membership manual with guidelines for obtaining Junior REACT members and retention of same and other necessary guidelines.
4. Guide Teams in the development of Junior REACT membership programs within existing Teams
5. It is highly recommended that part of the membership of this committee be Junior REACT members to obtain balanced, full-perspective input.
