REACT Mission
Statement

The mission of REACT International is to provide public safety communications to individuals, organizations, and government agencies to save lives, prevent injuries, and give assistance wherever and whenever needed. We will strive to establish a monitoring network of trained volunteer citizen-based communicators using any and all means to deliver the message.

The following responsibilities for the Five Year Planning Committee serve as guidelines for committee operation. These guidelines are subject to change as situations may warrant.

1. Survey other committees and liaisons for their opinions on REACT goals, timetable for completion of these goals and methods to reach the goals. Combine with committee members opinions as well as other opinions.
2. If necessary, establish funding, membership and all other goals with time tables and guidelines to obtain the goals and methodology.
3. Propose committee's goals, timetable and methodology to membership.
4. Permanent members of this committee shall be the Public Relations Liaisons, Membership Development and Retention chairperson and Publications Review Committee chairperson.
5. Committee membership other than permanent members shall consist primarily of non-board REACT members.
