REACT Mission
Statement

The mission of REACT International is to provide public safety communications to individuals, organizations, and government agencies to save lives, prevent injuries, and give assistance wherever and whenever needed. We will strive to establish a monitoring network of trained volunteer citizen-based communicators using any and all means to deliver the message.

The following responsibilities for the Publications Review Committee serve as guidelines for committee operation. These guidelines are subject to change as situations may warrant.

Professionalize REACT information materials as follows:

1. Publish a REACTer magazine that is attractive and delivers the message about our mission; to members as well as agencies, companies, and other organizations to which it circulates.
2. Review any and all other printed and/or audiovisual materials published by or for REACT International, to ensure that contents are accurate, professional in appearance and style, and useful to members. Probably will need to work with other committees on this item.
3. When requested, review Team an Council materials as in #2.

One of the primary responsibilities of the Publications Committee is The REACTer, the quarterly publication of REACT International.  Provided free to all members, it includes information on new Teams, newsworthy notes of interest from Teams, periodic coverage of RI Committee and Liaison actions, and lots, lots more.
