| We have some new forms available for members to update their personal information, Team information,
or Council information. Only the member or officer of their Team may update the information for a particular member. Only an officer of a Team or Council will be allowed to update the information for their Team or Council. We will be tracking the membership numbers and persons claiming to have submitted the updates, to help prevent fraudulent entries. All entries will be manually checked for accuracy before being applied to the live database. Before you complete one of these forms, please get your membership card out so that you can enter your Team charter number and individual membership number when requested. Please supply your email address so that we may more easily contact you for verification or clarification in the event we have questions about what you have submitted.
