REACT is an international organization and
when we do things, it's on a global scale. Keeping everyone informed
is always a difficult task. Each issue is filled with the latest news from Headquarters, reports from various Teams/Councils around the world, radio tips, upcoming deadlines, up-to-date Convention developments, and lots, lots more. Team coverage plays a major part of each issue, and team members are always asked to send a picture along so it can be included. RI uses all means of media available at its disposal. In addition to this web site, internet e-mail, personal visits, postings to newsgroups and of course .... two-way radio communications, REACT publishes and mails The REACTer absolutely free to all members. Publication efforts to keep the contents timely, interesting and informative are the responsibility of volunteer members.
