BUDGET & FINANCE FUNDAMENTALS

Everyone on a REACT team should know how the finances are being handled. Starting with the Treasurer, closely followed by the other officers and team members. Covers: How to set a budget, Reconcile bank statements, Audit the books annually and feel confident the assets of the team are properly managed. Necessary information about the Federal Tax Exemption 501(c)(3) for Non-Profits and how it affects your ability to accept donations.
